Johnny’s Journey to Recovery

Hi, my name is Amanda and I’m starting this account for my brother, Johnny, who has been struggling with severe and chronic digestive issues for years on end now. These issues have completely interrupted his ability to eat in general. All these years, he has watched everyone else eat around the dinner table, family functions, events with friends, and other occasions which he has not been able to participate in.

After him experiencing countless pain-filled days, sleepless nights, negative medical tests, emergency room visits, experiences with many doctors who have no answers or ability to help, and emotional break-downs from the pain/stress of the entire experience, he really needs a village to help him get through this. He has missed out on so many things the past few years because of this illness. He is so talented with music and has so many dreams that we all want to see him reach. We know he is capable, but he has not been able to fully commit himself to that because this sickness which also prevents him from working or doing too much physical activity in general.

He is currently working with a Dr. in Chiropractics who is very determined to help him detox, regroup, and navigate a plan for the future. However, a large portion of the daily supplements, bloodwork, tests and other methods of treatment he needs at this facility are very expensive and not covered by his insurance. Any amount that you could donate to this cause would be so helpful and we would be forever grateful. No amount is too small. If you can’t afford to help financially, we ask that you keep him in your prayers.

He has been suffering for so long and we want more than anything to see him reach complete physical/mental healing and be able to return to enjoying his life as he used to. Thank you all for being a part of Johnny’s Journey to Recovery.
