Help a Single Mom Repair Her Car

I'm a single mom who has had multiple surgeries to fix blood flow in my brain. My car is in need of some repairs that I can't currently afford. I am hopeful that I can get some help with that. My car is a 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca. She needs tires, a tune-up, and some exhaust work in order to be able to use her to transport my kids again.
