On June 21, 2025, the world lost a truly beautiful soul — Lee Anthony Butler Jr., known simply and lovingly as Lee. Lee's life was tragically cut short in a way no one could have ever imagined. His passing was sudden, devastating, and completely unexpected. We are all still in shock.

Lee was a dedicated father, a loving son, a committed partner of 16 years, and a man who gave his heart fully to the people he loved. He was an only child, leaving behind his heartbroken mother Suzette, his precious daughter Tahlia and longtime girlfriend Tiera with no other close family to step in and help bear the weight of this unbearable loss.

Lee lived life with passion. He was a hard worker who always showed up for his those he loved. He found peace and joy in surfing, and he embraced every moment he could with laughter and love. He didn't leave behind wealth or savings — just memories, love, and the people who miss him terribly.

Now, we are faced with the unimaginable: not only grieving this loss but figuring out how to cover the costs of his funeral and final arrangements. His mother Suzette and Tiera are left to shoulder this heavy burden alone, and truthfully — they can't do it by themselves. That’s why we’re reaching out to the kindness of our community, to anyone who’s ever known love, loss, or hardship.
