Please help Abbey

Abbey is 12 years old and lives with my mom and her 2 sisters.  They are all retired and live on a fixed income.  Today Abbey broke her leg which will require surgery because the fracture is so close to her hip joint.   Aside from her broken leg,  the vet told them that Abbey is a very healthy kitty.  She is resting comfortably right now after getting pain meds but she will need the surgery in the next couple days.  The surgery is going to cost them $3500.  
 Any help towards Abbey's surgery bill and 'The Golden Girls' would be beyond appreciated!!
