Zander Leon

Zander lost his fight to Policystic Kidneys, he was just 10 years old. I wasnt ready to give him up, I want more time with him, I want to kiss him and tell him I love him one more time, my heart is heavy. Zander was the most amazing young man I ever met, he was full if life and fought for survival everyday. This young man filled everybodies life with warmth and laughter. His life came to an end when his disease finally won.
