Hi my name is Kimmy and I’m fundraising for a good coworker of mine, her name is Marina. She is a mother of 3 and recently has become homeless due to being evicted from her apartment. She was getting help from the county but her contract has expired so she has to reapply for assistance. They were able to help her with 2 weeks at a motel but that has now ended. Currently she is sleeping in her car with her 3 kids. With the weather being so cold, and the holidays around the corner I thought I’d set up this gofundme account to help get her a motel to stay in and some gifts for her kids.

A little bit about Marina, she’s hardworking, she’s a great mother and does what she can for her girls, In the short 8 months that I’ve known her she has had nothing but bad luck. From kids to being constantly sick, car breaking down multiple times, water leaks in her apartment, even a couple pet losses and now this. She hasn’t been able to catch a break & has never asked for help from any of us, so I’m hoping this will be able to brighten up her and her kids holidays.
