Help Doug Beat Cancer

Doug's Story/ Reason for Raising
Anyone that knows Doug, LOVES Doug. He has always been the joker, and loves to make people laugh. Doug is a kind-hearted man who is always looking to make others happy and put a smile on their face. Recently, Doug has unfortunately come across one of the largest obstacles he, or anyone in his shoes, could face.
My big brother, Doug, was  diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma in his throat and neck on August 16th, 2018. Squamous Cell Carcinoma is the most common cancer of the throat, and is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells of the lining of the throat. Since the diagnosis, only one of his five surgeries so far have been a success, and he has been undergoing chemotherapy and radiation throughout the whole process.
Between having to go to radiation, chemotherapy, and the surgeries, Doug has been unable to work and is on medical leave for his job. Doug only receives $500 a month to sustain his monthly bills, and his wife is unable to work full time due to having to take him to chemotherapy and radiation. She also has health issues of her own that would make her a liability in the work place. Since the medical leave, Doug has had his car repossessed, and has struggled paying regular monthly bills that he would normally pay with ease.
I know with all of this going on, there is only more stress being put on Doug and his family. At a time like this, they should only have one focus, and that's to beat the cancer he has. This extra stress of not being able to support his family is only increasing Doug's health problems, and we could use all of the help we can get to take care of some of the bills he may have.
Doug is a kind, thoughtful, funny, honest, and amazing man. He's my ROCK, his family's ROCK, and a large part of many of those that know him. He is my big brother, and is always there for anyone, so it's only right that we are there for him in his largest time of need! I know it's the holiday season and funds are tight, but please help give the "life" back to my brother. We have created a random amount for our goal, because we don't exactly know how much aid Doug may need. We appreciate every donation that we may receive, and we hope to reach our ultimate goal of getting Doug to be healthy again!
