Hello, my name is Austin and I am currently in the Police Academy with Alton. One day, while all the recruits were making their way to the academy, Alton, a brother in blue, a husband, and a dad of 5 was pulling into the school and got rear-ended by a speeding and distracted driver. Alton had to get med flighted to a level one trauma center. Alton went through multiple surgeries right after the incident. Alton is partially paralyzed from the chest down and is getting better and better every day. Soon enough the medical bills (possible wheelchair and or other items not covered) and life itself will catch up and it will be hard. All that is asked is to keep him and his family in your prayers. Anything helps in a situation like this.
