On July 27th, 2019 we hired several state of the art cameras and a multitrack audio rig. We also hired some of the best camera operators and audio engineers in the area to document the first annual New England Ska Summit. The show at Once Ballroom in Somerville was packed and a great success. We got over 12 hours of live footage and 14 interviews. Fantastic performances by 5 New England ska acts, Bim Skala Bim, The Copasetics, The Hempsteadys, El Grande and Riki Rocksteady were captured in all their glory. 

The main overall theme is unity and mentoring of the Ska and Reggae community in New England and what we all are doing to keep it all moving forward for the future. We need your help to raise the money for editing, studio sound mixing, transcribing, and duplication of this groundbreaking documentary.  It was an incredible night and this will be a truly inspiring film that will bring all who see it to a new level of understanding kinship and unification.
