Hello my name is Dean Jacquez and I am Phillip Tapia's older brother. My brother passed away on October 27th. Unfortunately he left behind his girlfriend and his 3 adorable kids. They are trying to figure out life without Phillip and it's been tough on them. Phillip is the type of person who would give his shirt off his back to make sure you stay warm. Not the best dancer but will still try and have a dance battle with you. Right now the family and I are asking for help to raise money for his funeral costs and if any money is left over will go to his 3 kids.
