On the 12th of September, our world changed forever.

My grandparents lost everything in a devastating house fire — their home, their belongings, and most tragically, their beloved eldest son, Abdul.

Abdul wasn’t just a son. He was the heart of our family. He helped raise me from the time I was in nappies and continued to be a constant source of love, support, and laughter throughout my life. He adored my children too — always spoiling them, taking them out for the day, and making sure they were smiling.

Abdul had a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He loved cooking up a storm in the kitchen, blasting his heavy metal music (especially if he was driving you somewhere — you had no choice but to listen!), and jamming on his guitar with his band. He was loved by so many, and his absence is a hole we can’t begin to describe.

My grandparents are now grieving the loss of their son while trying to rebuild their lives from the ashes. We're raising funds to help them with:

-Funeral and memorial costs for Abdul

- essential needs

-Long-term support to help them recover and rebuild
