Hi all,

We received a call yesterday from RCH as lach’s seizures have started up again that surgery is happening in 3weeks ( February 14th ). Although we have all been waiting for this to happen for what seems like forever it is also happening very quickly.

We will be in Melbourne until March and further recovery at home for 8-12 weeks. After a scan if Lach has air pockets after his surgery we will either need to stay longer or catch the boat back. At this stage Ellie won’t be coming for the week of surgery as we would like her to keep some childhood innocence but will be flying back to bring her over in the second week. With so many flights and the length of time over there I’ve decided to start the go fund me again.

I appreciate from the bottom of my heart everyone who contributed last time and for all the love, well wishes and support along this ‘ you never think it will happen to you’ journey Lach is in good spirits and keen to get this over with so he can get back into living his best life.
