We are on mission in Cape Town where we volunteer at an amazing non-profit called Ubuntu. We work full time as volunteers in the school part of Ubuntu with about 55 students and 10 staff and also serve in our community. It is super involved and hard work but we know

we are called to be here!

We are funded by people donating towards what we do and we have been here now for 4 years! Like I said it is challenging but amazing! We have seen so many lives touched and seen our lives touched and changed. When you are funded by people who invest in what you are doing, there is always an up and down in what one has available on a month by month basis. We are no different.

It is now time for us to come home to renew paperwork, licenses, clothes, electronics etc… and spend time with family and friends for the first time in 3 years! Things have been given away, worn out, broken, been out grown etc…

So for this sabbatical home we need air tickets; Covid tests; car rental; central home base to rent; and then of course all the expenses related to living and regearing for the return, when we are back home for 4-5 weeks.
