Jack has spent most of the last seven months in the hospital battling a number of diagnoses and misdiagnoses, surgeries, infections, and complications.

Unfortunately, there is still another surgery to come. He has lost his health insurance numerous times, and his wife, Nancy, has had to fight to get it back. This has all caused a tremendous financial burden. Jack still has a very long road to recovery. Hopefully, we can ease the financial burden while he focuses on his health.
