Bogdan 4 years, ASAP Operation! Cerebral Palsy

HELLO, our names are Gleb and Iuliia Gubarev.  We are turning to people with a request for help in collecting funds for a NECESSARY OPERATION for our son, Bogdan Gubarev. Born on 9/4/2014.
Diagnosis: CEREBRAL PALSY, Spastic Dysplegia, delayed psychoverbal development, delayed psychomotor development!!!
He is in need of two immediate operations. (The first operation is on his spinal cord, the second is behind the heel muscle, and after the surgery a mandatory two, 4x a month courses of physical therapy).
If he does not receive these operations immediately, Bogdan will not walk!
About the time frame, the doctors said: “As soon as possible!”
We are currently on a missionary assignment and are workers for New Life USA a free of charge non - profit organization helping people struggling with substance abuse issues. We are living in Cabool, Missouri.
Bogdan, our youngest son was born in a serious pre-mature condition not carried to full term (at 29 weeks). He weighed 1.5 kg, height 41 cm, his lungs did not open and he was hooked up to a ventilator and several times his heart stopped. Due to the hormonal therapy he would swell up very badly. He was unable to eat on his own and was fed through a nasal tube. He also had a lot of accompanying diagnosis that were necessary to treat. After discharge we fulfilled all of the doctor's orders, were under their observation, so that is why, after this short period we, along with the doctors, successfully won the battle for his life.
When he turned 1 year old, Bogdan, was given the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. Spastic dysplegia, delayed psychoverbal development, and delayed psychomotor development.
Undiscouraged, we began to search, again, for ways to be able to help our son. There are results, but very small ones.
Bogdan is now independently sitting and walking. But, his joints are not developing correctly. He has very serious spasticity in his legs.
At this time, we are going through treatment in the USA at Shriners Hospital for Children, in St. Louis. Tests have shown that his muscles are not growing and not relaxing.

The first operation is scheduled for March of 2019. The operation will be performed in Children’s Hospital, St. Louis. Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery by T.S. Park, M.D.
The price, if you could even say that, for the life of a child, comes out to $52, 836.

The first operation is $35,045. We must pay 30 days before the operation.
The physical therapy after the first operation for four months is $2,400.
The second operation is $8,231 to $12,991.
The physical therapy after the second operation for four months is $2,400.
