Our angel, Elizabeth Hughes, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday 11/18/15 after a long and couragous battle with a rare immune system deficiency disease. She is survived by her husband Mike, children Amanda and Ryan, grandchild Ryker, as well as her mother Leah, siblings Sarah and Matthew, and her husbands children, grandchildren and extended family on both sides. 

Elizabeth was one of a kind. She brought love and warmth to family and friends, always lighting up the room with her beautiful and genuine smile. There was never any question or doubt whether Elizabeth loved and cared for those around her.

Elizabeth will be sorely missed, she was a trusted friend and confidant to all that were lucky enough to know her. Her warmth, compassion, intelligent insight, friendly demeanor, and willingness to be and share with others were refreshing and is what made her so special.

This sudden loss has left her family and friends devastated, but we will all carry on knowing that Elizabeth would want the very best for each and every one of us.

Elizabeth's family is humbly asking for help in trying to cover some of her funeral costs in the form of private donations from family and friends. Liz was still so young and hadn't had an opportunity to arrange for her final wishes and resting place. This heavy task has fallen on the shoulders of her loving husband and family and we could really use the help. Liz's final resting place will be a beautiful plot in Oregon with nearby trees and over looking a local river.
