We just lost someone really special. Tammy was the kind of person who made everyone feel like family. She was funny, smart, and had a way of making people laugh even on the worst days. She was always there for anyone who needed her—whether you were related to her or not, she loved you like you were.

She was one of the strongest people I’ve ever known. Nothing could keep her down—no matter what life threw at her, she faced it with strength and grace. She could overcome anything, and she did it with a smile that made you feel like everything would be okay.
