James Robert Slakie ("Jim"), age 43, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 10th, 2015 leaving behind his wife of 13 years, Marcia, and their beautiful 6 year old twin daughters, Madelyn and Marley.

This fund has been set up to help the family through this difficult time with any medical or burial expenses that they may have or as a college fund for their daughters.
