Brotherly Love

My family is suffering another unexpected loss in less than 2 years. This time it's my brother, Chris Anderson. We were close and this has hit me hard. To know him was to love him. Being around him was to laugh and to be in good, genuine company. Chris was a big man with a big heart, a pure heart. He was a single father. He leaves behind a 10 year old daughter and 14 year old son who adored him and were his world. As did our mom, Chris loved to cook and was good at it. He also enjoyed spending time with family playing cards and made people laugh with his effortless comedic nature. Unfortunately, Chris' departure came too soon and unexpectedly following some chronic health problems, and no one was prepared. Therefore, we are reaching out for help to give a very deserving and loved brother, father, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend a proper Memorial/Home-going. We need to come up with as much as possible and as soon as possible. The goal is Friday 8/23/19 or Sunday 8/25/19 at the latest in hopes of making arrangements for early to mid next week. Thanks in advance.
~ I want to take this opportunity to say PLEASE sit with your loved ones and have that awkward conversation that no one WANTS to have, but everyone NEEDS to have. This happens way too often, Be as prepared as one could be in this situation. Grieving is hard enough.~ God Bless
