EYE need a little help.

Hey guys!

I’m Season.

& I have the betes.

Actually I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for almost 30 years. I’ve seen the highs and the lows. (Lol Diabetes joke) but in all seriousness the diabetes has taken a toll, especially on mi ojos (my eyes)

Some of you probably remember a few years ago I had a series of surgeries to reattach my retinas. Thankfully those surgeries were successful, un-thankfully they put me at high risk for cataracts.

Which I didn’t know until recently when I was diagnosed with said cataracts.

I basically went blind last July in my right eye. Vision loss has taken a huge toll on me and my family mentally, emotionally and financially.

Long story short I have surgery scheduled for Monday May 20th, and though my insurance covers the surgery, the cost of the lenses that are being implanted are not.

I am a stay at home momma with no income, and my fiancé works long days to provide for us. He does anything and everything he can to take care of us as he does.

I am hoping to raise some funds to alleviate the financial burden of restoring my vision. The cost of lenses, time off of work, outstanding optometry bills, child care, all the things etc.
