My name is Eve Burnham. I am a shiatsu practitioner, energy healer and massage therapist who specializes in working with trauma. I reside in Minnesota with my husband and 4 children.
I experienced severe trauma and abuse from birth up to the age of 27. I have spent the last 12 years intensely focused on my own healing, transformation, growth and empowerment. I couldn't find a therapist that could handle the intensity of my story. So I began the process of healing myself, on my own. Throughout my searching for healing I found a variety of therapies that worked and didn't work and finally therapists who were gifted in helping me transform and heal and donated hundreds of hours to help me on my healing path.
Along the way, I have both marveled and inspired practitioners and therapists with both my survival and my ability to heal and thrive. I am at a point in my own professional practice where I desire to make this work more accessible and reach the many people who are living with the scars of trauma and abuse including PTSD.
I was recently accepted into a trauma facilitation training in Europe starting April 10th so that I can fulfill my soul's purpose of helping to heal and empower others who have been through trauma and abuse. I am currently lacking the funds to do this training on my own and am asking for your support.
