Hi I'm jess sadly we lost our beautiful strongest woman our mam she spent 28week in South shields hospital determined 2 get home she was Inc then wards 5n 3 then came home for end of care life she fought her hardest and we got 8 more amazing time with her but I wouldn't of been able 2 look after mam we all cudnt without the amazing doctors district nurses ambulance ppl palliative carers so would love to raise anything so can be spilt weather it's money or flowers just from us all thank u ♥️
