My name is Edgardo Ortiz JR I'm am Edgar's eldest son. Unfortunately it seems as of now we won't be receiving the benifits to assist in laying my father to rest. I pray this will get resolved down the road. If and hopefully when it does I will make sure whatever the amount raised here will be donated to the police benevolent association. Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated. He was a cop in the 115th pct for 34 years. He always was a joker and an overall fun guy.
