Help Gaza Animal Rescue Care for Animals and Families in Need

Gaza Animal Rescue is a small, family-led animal rescue team working to help stray and abandoned dogs and cats in Gaza.

We are Mohammed and Ahmed , and together with our family and team, we rescue animals in need, provide food and water, help with basic medical care, and support families who are struggling to care for their pets.

Every day, we see animals facing hunger, illness, injuries, and the difficult conditions around them. Many families also come to us because they cannot afford enough food or basic care for their animals.

We do not have a proper permanent shelter yet, so much of our work happens directly in the streets and within the community. We continue helping wherever we can with the limited resources available to us.

One of the things we are currently doing is providing food to families who have pets. Families often arrive with their cats and dogs to receive food and basic care. We also help provide deworming and other basic treatments when possible.

Emergency help for injured and abandoned animals

Transportation when we need to reach animals in need

My name is Ahmad, and I live in Gaza. Living through war and severe blockade has taught me the true meaning of hardship, but it has also shown me how precious every single life is. Amidst the chaos and destruction, my heart continuously breaks for the forgotten victims of this conflict: the homeless cats and dogs wandering our streets, terrified, starving, and injured.

When bombings start, these innocent animals run frantically looking for shelter, often finding none. Seeing their fear and empty stomachs, I couldn't just stand by. I dedicated myself to feeding, rescuing, and providing basic medical assistance to these street animals in Khan Yunis.

However, severe food shortages and skyrocketing prices make this mission nearly impossible to sustain alone. Every meal provided and every injury treated depends entirely on human kindness. By supporting this campaign, you directly provide life-saving food, fresh water, and essential supplies for these helpless souls. Even in the darkest places, mercy can thrive—with your help, we can keep hope alive for them.

اسمي أحمد، وأعيش في غزة. لقد علمتني الحياة وسط الحرب والحصار الشديد المعنى الحقيقي للمشقة، لكنها علمتني أيضاً كم هي ثمينة كل روح على هذه الأرض. وسط هذا الخراب والدمار، ينفطر قلبي باستمرار على الضحايا المنسيين لهذا الصراع: حيوانات الشوارع من القطط والكلاب التي تهيم خائفة، جائعة، ومصابة.

عندما يبدأ القصف، تركض هذه الكائنات البريئة برعب بحثاً عن ملجأ، وغالباً لا تجد شيئاً. رؤية خوفها وأمعائها الخاوية لم تسمح لي بالوقوف مكتوف الأيدي. لقد كرست نفسي لإطعام وإنقاذ تقديم الرعاية الطبية الأساسية لهذه الحيوانات في شوارع خان يونس.
