Help My Grandparents Rebuild After Losing Their Home of 60 Years
On April 24th, 2025, an unimaginable tragedy struck my grandparents. The home they built, lived in, and loved for over 60 years was completely destroyed by a devastating fire. In just a few short hours, a lifetime of memories — family photos, heirlooms, keepsakes — everything that made their house a home, was reduced to ashes.
They raised generations under that roof, hosting countless birthdays, holidays, and quiet Sunday mornings filled with love. Now, they are left with nothing but the clothes they were wearing and the heartbreak of watching their lifelong safe haven disappear.
At their age, starting over is overwhelming, both emotionally and financially. They face the daunting task of rebuilding not just their home, but their entire life. Insurance will not come close to covering all that was lost, and they need immediate help to secure basic necessities like clothing, toiletries, and wheelchairs.
If you find it in your heart to contribute, no amount is too small. Your kindness will help provide them with comfort and hope as they try to heal from this profound loss. Even if you cannot donate, sharing this page would mean the world.
Thank you for supporting two of the most selfless, loving people I know during the hardest chapter of their lives.
