My brother is being wrongfully accused

Hello everyone.
I come to you all with a heavy heart in regards to my brother being false fully accused of a crime that he did not commit.
On June 1st, 2020 there was shooting at a party where my brother was attending. Shots were fired him along with his friends ran for safety and left the party. Once he got home , my mom asked why was he home so early ; he told her that people were shooting so they left.
Fast forward to July 14th 2020, the police comes to my mothers house and arrested my brother in connection of this shooting. My brother doesnt know the person that was shot nor was he no where near the scene where it took place. Not only did they arrest my brother, but they ramaged through my mothers house looking for evidence THAT WAS NOT FOUND. THEY ALSO HAVE TAKEN HIS CELL PHONE WITHOUT A SEARCH WARRANT
So because of all this trouble, my brother has to have a lawyer to clear his name from this crime he did not commit. The lawyer wants $10,000 to start. I’m starting this go fund me because funds are short at this extreme short notice. Anything including some positive character remarks are helpful. MY BROTHER IS ALSO WASHING A DETAILING CARS TO HELP RAISE MONEY AS WELL SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CAR WASH FEEL REACH TO REACH OUT *COLUMBIA SC*
My brother doesn’t mess with anyone. He is an honest working man who keeps to himself and doesn’t deserve to have his life ruined because of some carelessness act from the investigators!
