Support the United Community Center of Westchester: Standing Strong for Our Community

For the last two decades, the United Community Center of Westchester, Inc. (UCCW) has been a pillar of hope, compassion, and service — standing beside families, seniors, and individuals in need through every challenge our community has faced. UCCW’s services span a wide spectrum of essential supports, including health care access, education, emergency food and housing assistance, legal support, youth development, and protective services for battered women, seniors, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities.

During times of natural disaster we’ve always been on the front line and never closed our door. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Thursday’s storm flooded our facility making it unsafe, destroying equipment and our doors are now temporarily closed. But our mission — to uplift, empower, and care for the most vulnerable among us — has not stopped.

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise vital funds that will allow us to sustain our programs and prepare to reopen stronger than ever.

UVCW has always been more than a building — it’s a family, a refuge, and a place of hope. Now, more than ever we need your help to keep that hope alive. Your generosity matters. Help us continue our work and remind our neighbors that they are not forgotten. Especially now that the need has increased due to the government shutdown, cut back and separation of immigrant families by ICE.

We’ve made it through hard times before, and we will again. With your support we will rise.
