Help to Save OUR home

As a very proud people it is very hard for us to ask for help.  Our Mother passed away in April.  What most people are unaware of is that she had a reverse mortgage on her home.  At the time she took it out we were alright and pretty much set.  However, due to  some unfortunate health issues we became disabled and rely on SSDI for our income.  In order to pay for final funeral expenses we had to use a credit card.  Now we are trying to qualify for a loan to stay in our family home.  This is impossible due to the debt to income ratio.  IF we can't come up with the funds we will basically be homeless.  We have nothing of value to sell and have basically spent the last of our savings on the Attorney to do an affidavit  for us to claim the only asset we have.  The deed to the house.  No one will rent to us as we have dogs and one is considered aggressive.   We must pay off 95% of the appraised value of the home in less than 60 days or turn in the keys or face being evicted and going through the foreclosure process.  Because we have started looking and applying for home loans we can't take on any more debt.  We are currently in limbo.  I thank you for taking the time to read this and any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.  Our home has been in the family since it was built in 1971.  If you have any ideas or suggestions we are also taking those as well.  Thank you all.
