Jeff's Medical Expenses

Many of you may have not been aware of Jeff's illness because he kept it to himself. Jeff has a genetic disease called polycystic kidney disease. Polycystic kidney disease is a kidney disorder passed down through families. In this disease, many cysts form in the kidneys, causing them to become enlarged. Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is passed down through families (inherited). He father has PKD and so does his sister. He first found out that he has this disease at the age of 23. Since then he has been on several different medications trying to slow down the inevitable. The time has come that he needs a transplant. We have been going to Pinnacle Heath Center in Harrisburg, PA for all of his testing and hopefully for his kidney transplant.
