Please Help Michael Sullivan!

My name is Melanie and Michael is a personal friend and he works at my company, PDSS, Inc. Michael has worked full-time for my company for more than five years. He has recently had some serious medical issues and been unable to work. Michael is a dedicated employee and a bright spot in our office. He has had other medical issues off and on for the past couple of years but he rarely misses a day unless it is to go to the doctor.

Michael is so conscientious about paying his bills that he recently took on a part-time job specifically to pay past medical bills. When he suddenly became ill and was hospitalized in September, he became unable to work at all. He is now facing additional hospitalization and surgery in November which will create even more financial hardship.

Michael is a hard worker and dedicated to his Church and his role as the activity director for the senior group.

Michael is a widow with no other source of income other than his paycheck and is too young for Medicare and would not qualify for other types of assistance.

A friend to many. He has lived in our community his whole life. Loves his Lord, church, friends, and his family.

As his work family, we want to do everything we can to help him and feel that if we make others aware of his situation, they will find it in their heart to help as well.

As his friend, I speak for Michael in saying that he will be appreciative of any donation--no matter how small.
