As you may know,  years ago I was diagnosed with cervical cancer a month before our wedding. I kicked its booty hard, but the treatments I recieved made it impossble for me to carry a pregnancy. Thankfully my eggs are in good shape and a we can still have a biological child with a gestastional carrier! 
We are SOOOO greaful! 

So many of you have already generously helped make our first round of fertiltiy treatments happen, we were devastasted when the ONE embryo we made didn't survive the unthawing process. But after lots of grieivng, prayer, and rest, we are ready to jump back in and try another time! Adoption is a huge part of our heart and plan, but we do not have peace about letting go of our dream of a biological child. 

Our insurance does not cover a dime of fertility treatments (GRRR!) and the costs are astronomical (at least to us). With office visits, medications, monitering, egg retrival, embryo making and freezing, legal contracts for our gestational carrier, and IVF, we are looking at around $25,000. Yikes!!

To be totally transparent, I am tired of fundraising. I am tired of needing help to become parents and start a family. But the reality is we DO need help,  we invested all of our savings and still have debt from our last round of fertiltiy treatments. we cannot do this alone. 

Every drop in the bucket helps! We are going to take this one step at a time and move forward in faith. My first doctor's appointment with my new fertility doctor is Feb. 22nd. Because 25K is SUCH  large and intimidaitng number, I am going to believe for provision one step at a time, beginning with our initial appointment next month.
