Hi, my name is Vanessa and I am raising funds for my 18 year old daughter (Willow) who has epilepsy due to a brain disorder called Subcortical band heterotopia (SBH) to be able to provide her with a qualified medical service dog that will be trained for her specific needs.
We have been approved by a company called SIT Service Dogs https://www.sitservicedogs.com/ and are looking forward to being able to provide Willow (my daughter) with the help she will need to be more independent and comfortable with her adult life.
I would attach some videos but do not want hurtful comments if you would like to see some, after donating, and request them, I will be more than happy to share.

$12,500.00 will be going straight to SIT Service Dogs.
The rest will fund our trip to IL to train Willow and pick her dog up and bring he/she home.
