Period Product Drive
While working at a local food bank the past couple of weeks, I was amazed by the amount of food, diapers, and toiletries that have been donated from the community. However, I noticed essential items were missing-- period products.
In response to this need, a couple of colleagues and I are starting a Period Product Drive! We are partnering up with food banks and shelters in Omaha in order to meet the high demand for period products in the Omaha community. In addition, UNMC's American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) has graciously agreed to match funds raised up to $600!
