Appledown take in stray and unwanted dogs from all over the local area and provide immediate warm, dry shelter, food and medical help if necessary. During this time, we assess every dog for suitability for rehoming should an owner not come forward. We do everything we can to find every suitable dog in our care a loving, forever home. Numbers of abandoned dogs are increasing exponentially and rescue gets even tougher. These dogs have been let down so badly and Appledown do everything they can to help these dogs love and trust again.
