On October 11 Ismael Baca sustained debilitating  injuries doing something he loved. While preparing for a rock crawling event. He fell from a 12 foot drop in which the vehicle rolled onto to him. Ismael laid conscious for an hour  while awaiting for help.  He then waited another hour to be air lifted out of the rugged terrain. 
Ismael is a fighter, doctors have seen his X-rays and are shocked to see he survived the accident but even after surgery for his neck and spine he will be paralized. Once he is stable he is expected to travel to a Rehab facility in Colorado, but before he returns the family home will be in need of renovations to accommodate a new life style. 
Ismael is a great loving father of four beautiful children, bother, son, surgical tech and your local friendly mechanic who is always willing to lend a hand when help is needed. He is also a veteran that  has served a tour in Iraq.
