Help with Memorial Service Costs

On Tuesday, March 8th, my family got the unfortunate news that my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Amongst the sadness and confusion about how this could happen to our young, healthy, loving mother, there came the question in all our minds about how we would pay for her upcoming treatments.

As many of you may know, my parents immigrated to this country in 2001 to provide better opportunities to their children. Unfortunately though, immigrants cannot opt in for medical insurance, along with many others benefits that we often take for granted. With no medical insurance, we are left to pay for any and all doctor appointments, treatments, medicine, and all procedures that come with having cancer.

We are still reeling from this news, and our hope is that we can raise money to help alleviate the stress and heartache of the journey ahead.
