After nearly 40 years in the kitchens of restaurants all over the world I have finally decided to stop wandering and actually do what I said I would never do, open a restaurant of my own. We have selected picturesque Joseph Oregon and got a little spot, right on Main Street and started cleaning a very dirty space to make it shiny and pretty for what is to come. Everybody has had to work quite hard to make this space functional, from Lynn Wolf-Long scrubbing a panini press for literally days to Amy Wolf scrubbing floors till it got too dark to see, to yours truly scrubbing ever single thing I could lift, roll, or pry up in an old 3 compartment sink over and over until it was ready. We are hoping to raise money to get the equipment necessary so I can make amazing food from around the world so if you can help out, please do, if not then please come down (or up) and say hi’
