Support Gracie's Journey to Recovery
Donation protected
In January 2025, Gracie was flown to Children's Mercy Hospital to have emergency brain surgery. Gracie is a vibrant, energetic, and loving 13-year-old girl whose life was turned upside down when it was discovered she had a 7cm mass in her brain. While the surgery was successful in removing the mass, Gracie's battle is far from over. Since the surgery, she has had trouble with her vision, has seizures several times a day, mobility challenges, speech issues, and so much more. Gracie will need continued scans to ensure there is no growth, in order to avoid chemotherapy.
To add to these challenges, Gracie's mother, Keira, has been incredibly overwhelmed with raising 5 children, along with providing constant medical care to Gracie during her recovery. The constant trips to emergency rooms, physical therapy, and speech therapy, along with taking care of Gracie's 4 siblings, have taken a toll on this family. On top of all this, the Children's Hospital is over 5 hours away. Any donation, big or small, would go to covering medical expenses and travel costs.
