Tyler Ostblom is a retired marine who served for 4 years and did 2 tours in iraq. After returning home he earned a degree that later led to his career as a diesel mechanic in the oil industry. His job requires long hours, many of them away from his home and family; a sacrifice he made in order to provide the kind of life he wants for his family.
He is a husband of 9 years and a father to four. His wife, Amber, stays at home with their children Jase, Alexis, Sella and Levi. She's a fulltime mom who home school's and works hard to provide an education that includes a love for God.
July 21st, Amber recieved a call she hoped would never happen. Tyler had been involved in an accident with a semi truck while on his way to work. The voice on the other end could only tell her..."he's alive." After the jaws of life rescued him out of his truck he was then life flighted to Colorado. He is suffering from a broken sternum, ribs, femur, hand, facial bones and are waiting on an MRI for his neck and shoulder. For now they are taking it one day at a time as they have a long road of recovery ahead of them.
Tyler and Amber are both staying strong through this unfortunate accident. We are looking for any donations to help Tyler and his family as he will be bedridden for an unknown amount of time, hours away from their home in order to recieve the care he needs.
