My little sister kathy went in for routine medical procedures monday October 9. Her heart rate dropped to 20 and she suffered oxygen deprivation. She has been in a vegetative state with respirator breathing for her since. Her 50th birthday was October 13th. There is no life insurance policy. I'm starting this campaign to cover funeral burial costs.
