My recent medical issues regarding partial amputation due to artery issues have impacted the income for my wife and children. I have not been able to provide income as I’ve been on unpaid leave and am currently without healthcare insurance. Any possible help during this tumultuous time would greatly benefit the grocery acquisition and house bills we have until I am cleared and able to return to work and resume my contributions to our family's income.

Currently, my wife is working 6-7 days a week to try and keep up, but it’s taking its toll. She’s an amazing wife, mother, and provider, and I’d be too egocentric and prideful if I didn’t try any and all possible methods to help and relieve some of the burden from her shoulders.
