Hello, my name is Scarlett. I’m 14 and I’m reaching out for help for my dog Sophie. We rescued her 2 years ago and she’s been sick a lot. We've spent thousands already on vet costs. Yesterday she went for Scintigraphy test which conformed she has thyroid carcinoma at the base of her heart. The vet said she can have a great outcome with Radioactive iodine (131) treatment. The only problem is the estimate for the treatment is 11,000- $12,000. She is only 4-5 years old and has a long life ahead of her if she can get better. Sophie is me and my sisters best friend as well as our other dog Shade’s. We love her dearly and I don’t know what I would do without her. I really hope we can save her. Any little amount would help!
