28-year-old Mack is our gorgeous, witty, determined and creative friend who has come a long way in his life changing journey as a trans person and is seeking assistance in raising the all important funds needed to support his gender affirming double mastectomy.

The process of Mack’s coming out has been gradual over the last decade. The outward projection of this started 5 years ago when he began binding, progressing significantly in 2023 when he started receiving hormone replacement therapy. Although this has been a huge help with Mack’s gender dysphoria, he has known for quite a while that the surgery will make the biggest, unparalleled difference.

Unfortunately, as many people are now aware, Medicare does not cover top surgery, leaving most people out of pocket between $16-20K to pay for the procedure, hospital stay and recovery.

These life changing surgeries are vital to all of our trans friends and family, helping to eliminate gender dysphoria and reinforce their true sense of self.

Mack is raising this money from scratch, with no prior savings or financial backing.
