little charlie pup needs surgry

my friends lovely dog Charlie has a bone growth deformity in his leg and if it isnt operated on soon then he will develop cronic arthritis and be in lots of pain for the rest of his life. The owner has tried to go to the PDSA but they cannot carry out the operation because they don't have the necesssary specialist or enough funding for the corrective surgery needed.
