Medical and Living expenses

Dear Family and Friends,
Please Help!
Five months ago I had a nervous breakdown!
I have been under the care of a brain specialist, a psychiatrist, a Christian counselor, a medical doctor and Pastor Jack Valentino!
I have tried to go back to work numerous times and have crashed!
I am unable to work and support my family!
I was hospitalized on July 23rd!
Everyday I deal with crushing depression and anxiety!
Our family has thousands of dollars of medical debt!
My greatest concern is my family's weekly expenses!
This goal would get us to the end of the year!
If it sounds like I am begging, I am!
I have spent my life in full time ministry!
I have no social security and very little saved retirement!
