Help Jasper get Top Surgery! ⭐

Hi! My name's Jasper I'm a 24 yr old black biracial trans man who's hoping to raise the funds to get Top Surgery.

A bit about me and my transition; I am currently unemployed and have been facing discrimination trying to get a job. In my free time I enjoy baking, spending time with my friends, and listening to music. I've been binding since 2014 and even more so in recent years with me being on HRT since March of 2020. Due to chronic pain and having a larger chest I'm unable to bind often out of safety. I often get bruised ribs, bruises (pictured below), and rashes from binding even if I bind properly or for less than the recommended time. My chest binding has caused me chronic back and shoulders pain, I want my chest to match my true self and I no longer want to be in such pain. My gender dysphoria is very debilitating and prevents me from living my life due to health and safety concerns.

I've found a surgeon very close to me which eliminates travel costs! In addition to that I've got a personal savings fund set aside from my own account! This has helped lower the cost of my funding! On February 5, 2024 I received an in person consultation with Dr. Nour Abboushi and received a quote of an estimated total of $9216. This quote lasts 90 days but their Top Surgery starts at $9,000. Dr. Abboushi's surgeon fees being $6,000 and the Facility/Anesthesia fees from Northside hospital being $3,216. (due to lack of funding I will have to get another quote before proceeding if I get the funds)

Due to my age and lack of credit experience I do not qualify for financial assistance from the credit companies Panacea uses. Mutual Aid is my only chance at this life saving surgery at this point. My chest dysphoria limits me constantly and binding is not safe for me due to chronic pain but is needed for my safety.
