PLEASE HELP. FUNDS AND PRAYERS NEEDED QUICKLY, AND DESPERATELY!! My son has been fighting stage 4 colon cancer for 3 years, he had Cydoreduction surgery with HIPEC and EPIC in Washington DC with Dr. Sugarbaker the first of August 2017, for which he is still recovering. He is scheduled to have it again January 19, 2018. He also has to file another appeal with the insurance at a cost of $2000 to even have tge surgery done. We are tapped out of funds, and I myself will have to take LEAVE WITHOUT PAY for a portion of our month in Washington, and his recovery. His surgery this time involves an reversal of his ilostomy at the same time as a repeat of the Sugarbaker Procedure (Cydoreduction surgery with HIPEC and EPIC). The cost of going to Washington DC is great, but it's the difference in a couple more years and his probable CURE. Our family have exhausted our paid leave, and funds.
