Turning a Transit Van into a Camper Tiny House

Hello everyone,
oh boy do I feel a little embarrassed about asking for this. All I’m going to say, right off the bat, is that if I can pull this off and get myself into a better position, I will pay every single pound forward to someone else in
need.
I have never experienced this thing called “financial security”. I was the first in my family to go to University and the first person EVER from my school to get into Oxford. I’m trying really hard to get my degree so I can ensure I have a little taste of financial security in the years to come.
Midway through my first year at Oxford, my family were evicted from our house. I returned home over the Easter holiday to helpmy mom pack up our house. After 6 weeks living in temporary accommodation, my mom, younger sister and younger brother were moved into a house with 3 bedrooms. There was no place for me. I’m INCREDIBLY lucky in that I have a sofa bed to sleep on whenever I am home, a roof over my head, a generous scholarship and a loving family. I know I am one of the lucky ones. But thingshave certainly been far from easy.
Oxford terms are only 8 weeks long, so I am only at university 6 months out of the year. When we lost our house, I had to make the money intended to maintain me for 6 months last for 12. I racked up loads of debt on accommodation over the holidays and burnt myself out trying to work multiple jobs, against the rules at Oxford, as well as study.
What I’m trying to achieve here is to make myself a little haven, something that belongs to me and can’t be taken away. Somewhere I can rest and work and just get through the final 6 months of my degree in the middle of mental health issues, money troubles and a pandemic. I know there are much worthier causes, people are losing out every which way in this pandemic, and I truly truly understand donating to them rather than me. I just struggle to ask for help sometimes so I thought I’d give it a go. If nothing comes of it, that’s fine by me.
I promise I will pay every single pound donated forward to someone else when I’m in a position to.
the money will be combined with my own savings to purchase the van, repair any issues with the van itself, insulate the interior, build a bed, kitchen worktops and a shower and furnish/decorate.
