Tells the story of Denmark’s Jews during World War II through the fate of a fictional Jewish family in Copenhagen. In Oct 1943, they must take their fate into their own hands. And In the dark of night, like some 7000 fellow Danish Jews, they will be spirited across the sea to Sweden in an incredible journey of courage.
The issue is that while the film's content still “holds up,” the analog technology that was the state of the art when I shot it has been surpassed by many exhibition formats rendering it unpresentable in its original format. I believe in connecting people through stories that matter, which is why this project needs a NEW 4K film transfer so that it can be streamed and aired by networks.
