Grant's Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Hi, I am Bria, Grant's younger sister. Monday, January 2, 2023 Grant went into emergency surgery to have 3 blood clots removed from his brain after a stroke. Through so much good energy from family, friends and colleagues, Grant's surgery was successful!! He has been on life support following the surgery and has just woken up and had the ventilator removed as of today, January 7. Grant still will have to undergo another surgery for his heart to remove additional blood clots before true recovery begins, which will be a long road before he is back to the Grant we all know and love.

Grant will be out of work for an extensive amount of time with hospital bills piling up. I am putting this together in hopes that it will help him get back on his feet when he is ready to take on the world again. Any donations, thoughts, energy, and prayers are extremely helpful and so appreciated.

We will keep everyone updated when possible. Grant is awake but not fully aware of everything that is going on or what exactly happened. His brain will need time to heal before he is back to being "him". Again, thank you so much for any help.

UPDATE 1/12

Grant is up and walking a doing much better. Some things are still confusing as his brain tries to repair itself. He will remain in the hospital until his blood pressure regulates and the neurosurgeon feels confident his body is ready to undergo the heart surgery needed to remove additional clots. Thank you all for your love and support!
